Whether it is a jewelry storage item for Home, Travel or a Gift, we offer a variety of styles at moderate price points for all ages and needs.

Your order will ship from our warehouse within a week.. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method.Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren’t able to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.

It’s easy—head to our returns page, fill out the form, and we’ll get back to you with next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer free returns in areas where we also offer free shipping.

We want your HIVORY purchase to make you feel happy and organized. To help with this, we offer a 90 day limited manufacturer’s warranty for factory defects that happen after delivery. To ensure warranty coverage, products must be purchased directly from hivorystore.com OR Amazon and does not include purchases from a closeout retailer. Please inspect your product at time of purchase and if a defect is visible, immediately contact the authorized retailer you purchased from to process your return. Proof of purchase is required to process all returns. If you are within the 90 days period and have contacted the authorized retailer of purchase but passed their return period, please contact us at our email and we will do our best to help.

Our team in our overseas office works with our preapproved suppliers to manufacture our Hivory jewelry boxes, valets, and armoires. Our entire team, in the U.S. and overseas, works hard to accomplish our goal to ensure our products help keep our customers organized and happy.

The best way to care for your new Hivory is with a lot of love. On a more serious note, keeping your Hivory in a clean, temperature controlled room will keep it looking good as new. Cleaning your new Hivory is simple! Once you’ve set it up in the best spot, wipe clean with a soft dry cloth. Even the mirrors and see-through tops are best cleaned this way. If a stain appears on one of the interior materials, carefully try to remove it by using a slightly damp cloth with a bit of sensitive dish soap. Lightly blot unclean areas to lift dirt. Let the area dry fully afterwards before placing items on the damp area. It is always best to store your Hivory in a room that is not damp.
